I wonder how much of the new artillery rounds were at Khmelnitsky, and, if so, how that affects the timeline of the counter offensive?

The ammo should be quickly dispersed as it arrives.

I have not heard what was there, but many have commented that it was a big explosion.

It was a old (Soviet) oil depot.
1. NATO never stores so much ammo in one location I know from personal experience.
2. If it had have been munitions there would not have been so much black smoke and far more secondary explosions, again from personal experience.
