Attack On Europe: Documenting Russian Equipment Losses During The 2022 Russian Invasion Of Ukraine

This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available

“Ukrainian forces have extended their hold south of Kherson by liberating Kruglik Island. Russians have already started to bomb that area.”

“Russians are starting to muse what to do with important bases within the 300 km Storm Shadow range, due to the recent strikes in Luhansk. It is the same discussion as when HIMARS entered the battlefield last year and which concluded with their decisive defeat in Kherson City.

Obviously, this is not practical for Storm Shadows (unless they want to defend the Ural mountains). I have added a map showing the 300 km range from Ukrainian positions.

Since Russians have no means in EW or air defense to effectively combat those missiles, their conclusion is to destroy the planes carrying the missiles, so I assume that Russia will now spend overtime hours trying to find the bases and the planes.”

Rob Lee follows
Volodymyr Tretyak @VolodyaTretyak
War criminal Girkin shared a frontline update which basically confirms all the information which appeared in the last few days. Russians are forced to repel attacks at positions unprepared for defense.

Translation:
The "Fabergé Line," built all winter, with its trenches, ramparts, and trenches with concreted pillboxes, turns out to be completely useless in this situation. The enemy (all of a sudden!) is not a fool and forces ours, still capable of fighting back, to take up defensive battles in places without such fortifications. Where it is advantageous to him, and where ours can not retreat.

The most acute problems at the moment are the shortage of artillery APCs, full-fledged army UAVs with competent calculations, and the shortage of a working army EMP capable of effectively combating the entire spectrum of enemy UAVs. Soon they will be joined by an extreme shortage of experienced and motivated infantry.

Many people these days, looking at all this, began to wonder, "What is this? Stupidity or betrayal?" Not only is the question very belated, but it is not correct.

Stupidity and incompetence are the perfect primary ground for treason and infiltrated agents. The February Revolution of 1917 will not lie.

@DionisCenusa 9h

“#Moldova: The ruling party announced that it will initiate a withdrawal from the CIS because it did not help resolve the Transnistrian conflict or guard against energy pressure from Russia.

This contradicts previous statements by the ruling party on the gradual exit from certain CIS agreements that may conflict with the future process of accession to the EU.

From an economic point of view, trade with Russia has been falling in the last decade. In energy terms, Moldova now has alternative routes.”

(Apparently it is a hot button issue for upcoming elections in Moldova - alignment with EU or Russia. The ruling pro-EU PAS Party of President Maia Sandu needs to boost its lagging poll numbers)

Russia will now spend overtime hours trying to find the bases and the planes.

Planes moved, per morning post, moved to Orlando Airfield near the Finnish and Norwegian borders.

Sounds like the decision has been made in private, to provide F-16s.

The British government announces the forthcoming training of Ukrainian pilots in the skills of flying the F16 jets.

P.S: This is the first official statement about the training of Ukrainian pilots on Western models of modern military aviation:

I thought I saw an announcement that several UA pilots were undergoing training evaluation in the US a month ago maybe.

Yes, but it was just a few, to see how much training experienced Ukrainian pilots would need to to fly F-16s - to inform the decision making.

Now the Brits are going to start doing it. Looks like the decision has been made.

Russia’s Crude Oil Exports By Sea Continue To Climb
By Charles Kennedy - May 15, 2023, https://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/Russias-Crude-Oil-Exports-By-Sea-Continue-To-Climb.html

Russia’s seaborne crude oil exports rose to a new high in the four weeks to May 12th, hitting 3.6 million bpd.

Nearly all of Russia’s oil shipments are going to China and India, with the rest going to ‘unknown’ destinations in Asia.

Russia has claimed it is reducing its oil production by 500,000 bpd, but as exports continue to climb analysts find that hard to believe.

(European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has confirmed that the next sanctions package over Russia’s invasion of Ukraine would include measures against third countries helping Moscow to evade existing restrictions, Euronews reported on May 15.)

To answer a question posed here today:

“The push around Bakhmut hasn’t used any of the troops that Kyiv has been training and holding back for its planned offensive, said Col. Cherevatiy, the Ukrainian military spokesman.”

Sounds like the skids have been greased, to provide Western fighter jets.

@NOELreports 37m

(French President) Macron said that France had “opened the door” to training Ukrainian fighter pilots, a day after Zelenskyi visited Paris. “We opened the door to training pilots with several other European countries. I think discussions are under way with the Americans,” he said on TF1.

There is NO panic.

“Russian forces are also passing out pamphlets, warning troops about a coming large-scale Ukrainian offensive, according to photos shared with The Wall Street Journal by the Ukrainian military.

“The offensive will be unexpected and with 100% probability at night, just like the Nazis did in 1941,” one pamphlet says. “Do not panic!””

“Italy, Germany, France, Great Britain. Returning home with new defense packages. More new and powerful weapons for the front, more protection for our people, more political support”, said a tired looking Zelenskyi.
