Trump has himself to blame for doing nothing his first 2 years in office. Then ran out of time in the second 2 years.
Much can be said if Pres Trump and the mistakes he made, first and biggest was underestimating the deep state and uniparty rule in DC. For a man who touts his ability to get good people he had some real stinkers. But in his defense there are a lot of double agents out there.
