The tanks are useless if the crews cannot operate them efficiently & effectively, and their commanders do not know how to integrate them into operations, then there is the maintenance learning curve etc - all of that takes time.
In non technical terms, Starlink can now operate in safe mode. 😆

The agreement was not reached until the Germans committed in the beginning of this year. But you are right - the withholding of weapons because of a failure of political will & fear is killing Ukrainians.

Much can be said if Pres Trump and the mistakes he made, first and biggest was underestimating the deep state and uniparty rule in DC.
