It’s like the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Use it for your political purposes. Think BJ and gays in the military. Even Colin Powell had problems with it. ‘Not ready.’ Fine but will the military ever be ready without pushing the envelope? The left gets away with throwing rocks and end up as ahead of their time. Collectivism means collective wrongs-no one is to blame when the results are apparent. It becomes water under the bridge as if ‘it’s time to move on’ or ‘bureaucratic snafu’.
