I thought NY civil juries were 6 and in some cases 12. Criminal juries are 12. Is this trial different?
Scarier that the jurors being all dem is a jury of people not smart enough to get out of jury duty.
I’m guessing that it is more likely than not that they are all Dems.
E. Jean Carroll would have been better off if she wrote those lurid dime novels full of titillating sex and seduction. As she grew older, her advice articles became a worn out as her looks; causing her to seek other means of livelyhood. What better way than to create a work of fiction where the maiden is ravished by a loathsome rake and dumped like a piece of trash into the gutter.

I knew nothing about this woman until I had read this post & this changes things a little in my mind as I read this. I would assume that cases like this are based on hopes of financial gain on her part & political motivation against Mr. Trump by many. Now, I would lean more so in that direction. The jury considered a case against Mr. Trump based on the woman’s story in this case, so that to me means that there are only two people involved who really know the truth in the matter. Yet, the whole country can relate truth first hand as to what Mr. Biden has done to the the entire U.S. population in so many areas. Yet the news media seems more engaged in the Trump case. Makes little sense to me except that it is politically motivated. Why would the media be so absorbed in this case when there are so many bigger things to be considered? I think most of us know the answer to that.
