The original Class 21-15 make-up was to mirror the Census ratios. If the Census indicated the population was 50-55% female, more than likely the prospective female pilots were overwhelmingly or exclusively white.
Is that why they had to amend it to be a “non-white” class?
They also had to mirror the 15% and 20% black and Latino populations...................
