Apparently a Russian missile landed in a rural area around Pavlohrad, missing the town, missing the railroad, and missing the Pavlohrad Chemical Plant.

Terribly wrong. Pure Russian fabrication. The Plant hit was a Soviet era rocket fuel storage facility. No ammo harmed in the wanton Orc strike. Many homes damaged and people wounded in their nearby homes.
