They both carried out the goals of the Rand Study and the Project for a New American Century, with Bush Jr attacking some of the countries proposed by PNAC and Obama/Biden attacking countries on the PNAC list (Syria, Libya, Yemen) to be occupied, or engaged in proxy wars against.
Next on the list is Iran.
And it’s how Repubs always ended up with people like Romney. McCain, Bush, etc.
