On 29 April, the Motovilikhinskie Zavody defense enterprise caught fire in Perm, Russia.
According to Censor.NET, citing Espresso TV, this was reported by local telegram channels.
The fire occurred at around 20:00 local time. Upon arrival of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, it became known that a transformer substation had caught fire.

Can someone explain in laymen’s terms what the heck is going on in Ukraine? Break this war down into progress or lack there of?
There is a conflict involving Ukraine and the Russian Federation. It is progressing with the Russian forces methodically destroying the Ukrainian forces. Ukraine is basically fighting from city buildings and reinforced trenches. Russia is destroying them with artillery from a distance. Ukraine has a chronic shortage of artillery pieces and shells. Their original armament was primarily of Russian manufacture.
The Ukraine air defense system was also of Russian manufacture. Russia has seriously degraded the air defense system of Ukraine through missile strikes and by simply having Ukraine using up its supply of air defense missiles. Russia is starting to exert air superiority with aircraft dropping large guided gravity bombs.
Russia is winning the winter/spring offensive and is about to take total control of Bakhmut, a town of value as a transportation hub.
There has been much rain and the ground is largely comprised of impassable deep mud. When summer and sunshine arrives and dries out the mud, large scale mobile operations will follow.
Regardless of propaganda, Russia v. Ukraine is a military mismatch. Russia wins that matchup ten times out of ten.
There is steady progress as Russia destroys the Ukraine forces.
And what our tax dollars paid for that is operational in the field of battle?
Uncle Sugar is paying for just about everything, in the field and not in the field, right down to Ukrainian pensions. Ukraine had very little GDP to start with and most of what they had was in the Russian speaking areas which are now under Russian control.
