Looks like at least 2 were used, one was shot down. The pictured drone Russia claimed to have shot down is a “cheap” Chinese made “Mugin-5”. About $10K with a 50 lb payload.

Here's an after "action report":

https://www.upstreamonline.com/safety/key-russian-oil-depot-damaged-by-drone-attack-in-crimea/2-1-1443488

FTA: The oil depot was attacked by “two enemy drones” and four tanks burned, Razvozhayev said. A third drone was shot down over Crimea, and one more was deactivated through radio-electronic means, Moscow-appointed governor Sergei Aksyonov said, according to US news agency AP.

Clearly, Sergei Aksyonov did not have the Moscow approved "analysis". So he abruptly changed his story:

However, Razvozhayev later posted a correction, saying that just two drones participated in the attack, with one hitting a tank and the other shot down near the depot by Russian defence.

My guess is 2 drones made it through and possibly a third drone was shot down.

In the NOELreports video that you posted, the payload bay of the “Mugin-5” drone was empty. So, if this drone was part of the attack package, it was a "feint" designed to get RU air defense to concentrate their effort on one drone.

Perhaps the third drone was flying at 500 ft AGL while the 2 attack drones flew a circuitous route at 100 ft AGL.

While RU air defense were congratulating themselves on a great shoot-down, they turned around and saw this:
