Assuming this is not another unexpected Satire, and Tucker has been thrown over the side, I am only surprised it had not happened two or three years ago. Fox has become timid and vanilla and disengaged in it’s dotage, just like the main owner, Rupert Murdoch.
Cable news and AM talk radio had their day. Podcasts and alternative media are rising, over which the powers that be have little control. Since COVID and the rise of Biden, the conservative base has been increasingly radicalized. The Murdochs and former Speaker of the House Ryan have scored a phyrric victory.
