I remember hearing reports in late Summer of 2019 of a rare pneumonia going around (I wish someone could look that up). I went to Israel in October 2019 and caught a nasty bug. I think I gave it to my mom when I returned and she almost died at 88. She had pneumonia and sepsis.

SARS-CoV-2, probably released in late May 2019, in Chinese communities within Italy, by mid-summer 2019. Diagnosed as “a summer flu.”

Probably already in the U.S.A. by September 2019.
