RE: Except that he is an Indian anchor baby

His parents came here LEGALLY ( like a lot of Americans ).

His parents emigrated from Kerala, India. His father graduated from the regional engineering college in Kerala and worked for General Electric as an engineer and patent attorney, while his mother graduated from Mysore Medical College and worked as a geriatric psychiatrist.

He was of course born in Ohio, making him a citizen at birth according to US laws.

The main controversial question is — is he a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN?

He is not a natural born citizen, and I will never vote for him. I will sooner vote for a Democrat then I would him.

The main controversial question is — is he a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN?

This was not controversial in 1968 when George Romney (Mexico) was running for the GOP nomination. It was not controversial in my 1966 Civics class when I was taught that it meant "born in America". It was not an issue when John McCain (Panama) ran for President.

But more to the point, when my USA born grandfathers registered for the draft in 1917, one in Connecticut and one in New York, their US government-approved draft cards had three boxes: 1) Natural born; 2) Naturalized; 3) Alien.

The reason that this is important is that when they were born in 1893 and 1895, 3 of their parents were subjects of the Emperor of Germany and the fourth was a subject of Her Britannic Majesty Victoria Alexandrina.

Now, I know for a fact that none of my grandparents were ever naturalized. One grandmother was granted a teaching license by NYC in 1911 (citizenship required). Both grandfathers served in the military during WW I.

Both grandfathers checked the "natural born" box on their draft cards.

So, if they were not that (because born in the US to aliens), and they were not naturalized, then they were aliens when my parents were born in 1923 and 1924 in New York City, and, using the same argument, since my parents never naturalized, then when I was born in Brooklyn in 1950, I am an alien also.

This has never been discussed, not once, until Barack Hussein Obama became President. It was a nice try but it is 100% nonsense.

By the classical definition if his parents were both citizens at the time of his birth he was Naral Born. That quaint concept is now passé and discarded as the Constitution is eviscerated. Look at President Hussein, Camel Harris.
