I decided ro listen to 2) and found a 3 minute video with no subtitles and audio too quiet for me to hear. However next was a 20+ minute video that went into great detail on how Putin retains his popularity. Basically it is by subsidizing a failing pension system. This video paints a vivid picture of this as a fatal system that appears unlikely to last much longer. There are lessons here for us and the rest of the West too.

I checked the links. That three minute video was a YouTube ad. YouTube puts up a lot of ads at the start and in the middle of videos. Sometimes two in a row that you can not skip through. Pressing "skip" once does not always work.
