They certainly are doing a good job of it. The entire US and NATO can't supply enough weapons and ammo to Ukraine's dwindling supply of US/NATO trained troops whereas Russia has no problems at all, despite western propaganda. In fact they announced 2 weeks ago that they are expanding weapons production 8 to 9 times in preparation of any US/NATO direct troop involvement in the war.

Russia is supposed to have hundreds of SU-57 Felon and over a thousand T-14 Armata chassis. That did not happen.

Russia makes announcements of grand measures, previously known as "Five Year Plans", all the time. Their ability to deliver is lacking.

Until Russia actually delivers on its words, its just words.
