Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree
ยง 175.10 Falsifying business records in the first degree. A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof. Falsifying business records in the first degree is a class E felony.
As the pundits have been saying for days, this looks pretty weak.
The case is mega weak. But that’s not what this is about. It’s about slandering Trump’s name and thereby tainting or destroying Trump’s ability to win the GOP nomination.
It’s the equivalent of the left’s constant playbook of slinging tons of crap against the wall of public opinion and hoping that enough of it will stick....since they control the media. And considering how many really stupid and/or uninformed or misinformed people there are in America now....the left is all-in and betting that it will work.
