Yahoo News journalist Michael Isikoff confirmed the felony counts that former President Trump will face, and Trump is calling on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to be indicted.
According to Isikoff, Trump will be placed under arrest on Tuesday and informed that he has been charged with 34 felony counts for falsification of business records..

IMO Bragg should be charged, tried & prosecuted. Prosecution should be public whipping, jail sentence & then he should be barred from any public service forever.

The Dims keep parroting the line, “ no one is above the law’. Well, no one, including PDJT, is below it either. This abomination cobbles together multiple principles to bootstrap a misdemeanor charge into a felony from a prosecutor who is famous for reducing felonies to misdemeanors that are dismissed. It makes a mockery of the legal system (notice I didn’t say justice system because the corrupt Democratic DOJ has two tiers of justice).
Yep. They do what they want and they’re above the law. I would bet just about anything Trump is gonna get put away. They don’t need evidence, they don’t need to prove anything beyond a shadow of a doubt, President Trump will be tried in the court of public opinion, and he will probably die in prison.
They want him gone, and they control all levers of legal power.
