Not exactly. What he has admitted to was being a member of the Arrow Cross, a Hungarian youth organization that was used by officials in Hungary allied with Nazi Germany to harass Jews and confiscate, on behalf of the authorities, Jewish property.
According to him, he was in the Arrow Cross because his father (apparently not a religious Jew but a creature of politics, an Esperanto-speaking leftwinger who willingly rejected his own Jewish family name) made a deal with a Nazi officer in Hungary to take in the young George Soros, as a godson, as I recall, but maybe an actual son.
I don’t think he was too detailed in what he actually did in the Arrow Cross, so there probably is not a specific act to be assigned to him. He would have to do things with his chapter of the group to look legitimate, of course, but what exactly, may not be known. Like any group there would be members who were “labor” with dirty hands and members who would be “staff or organizers” who thought of themselves as above that role and formed the leadership or aides to leaders.
Now, Soros does admit to enjoying whatever it was he did. He said something along the lines of it was the time of his life.
The Democrats always say he was too young at the time to be held accountable and so on. But he was still years older than many who participated in murder during the Rwandan genocide.
