My commercial/industrial-grade MS Win-7 Pro x64 doesn’t, and runs just fine, with Norton 360 Ultimate, MalwareBytes Premium and CCleaner Pro.

Yes...Win7 was quite a lot like XP. But since XP I have had to install Classic Shell to get the “look” I’m used to. A real time saver.
