So, you take a human cell - an object of immense complexity, where millions of fine tuned processes keep it alive - and throw silver nano particles in it… what can possibly go wrong? Studies and more studies, and, as always, more research (funding)is needed. Sounds familiar.

And it doesn’t go away. It might be worth a short term trial if patient is gonna die from uncontrollable infection and using lower dose of silver. Need more info to set the limits of it’s use.
