I can’t find the article—but I read that the cover to protect part of the airplane was not removed prior to takeoff and that is what made the plane unstable.
The “do you know who I am” types have no need for seat belts, of course!
Maybe she was using the bathroom or getting up to use the bathroom.
This is why I always try to use the bathroom before I get onto a commercial airline.
