On 3-23-2023, Zelensky suggested to EU, to organize summit on Kiev peace plan.
In his speech to the European Council, the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his intention to organize a summit on the peace plan proposed.
This was reported by European diplomatic sources, adding that the Ukrainian head of state would have liked him to stay in Kiev, but for security reasons, he asked that the summit be held in one of the European capitals.
