Now this is very fascinating because it would be a novel legal theory that being an undercover federal agent, or even an informant, is “defamatory”.

I’m pretty sure the opposite would be true, it’s defamatory if you’re falsely accused of breaking the law.

So he’s going to prove that working with the FBI gives one a bad reputation.

Interesting.
