The appeals for those yet to be tried, should demand immediate release and dismissal of all charges. Those already convicted should demand the convictions/pleas to be reversed forbidding a retrial.
Something I’ve not seen commented upon prior here or anywhere else:
If this comes to pass, Congressional hearings become compulsory, a true ‘1/6 Commission’ (not the current 1/6 Committee theater) to further expose weaponization & abuse of government resources & potential felonies by those responsible. I, for one, would love to see them seared in history as the real ‘Trump Hearings’, but I’ll take it even without the label.
They really need to vacate this, the evidence is the video. You can’t escort the guy around and then convict him of trespassing and violent entry.

Not a chance in DC of getting a fair hearing. The constitution means nothing now since not one judge will uphold it.
