More likely the US and Japan may have to ally with Russia to prevent China from obtaining those territories and achieving world dominance. The rest of Asia will choose sides. The real seeds of WW III have been sown.

China’s Ministry of Natural Resources has issued new regulations on map content.
They require the use of old Chinese names of cities conquered by Russian in the 19th century.
Vladivostok will be called Haishenwai again while Sakhalin Island will be renamed Kuyedao.
