The exchange of unaccounted sums of money between heads of states might be associated with more than mere greedy corruption of the participants, but may be a matter of a fracture in national security matters and may involve issues pertaining to espionage and/or treason(something heretofore not mentioned by investigators). Resolution of these matters of national security deserve the highest investigative priority. They deserve immediate thorough attention and must not be swept under the proverbial rug.
