Unlike the Biden administration, 45th President and leading 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump is continuing to care for and protect the “incredible patriots” of East Palestine, Ohio weeks after a train derailment led to a significant release of toxic chemicals in the area.
In a one-minute and fifty-six-second video posted to his top-rated social media platform, Truth Social, on Monday, Trump vowed to keep fighting for the people of Ohio and demanded “political leaders” care less about optics and actually help and “do a fantastic job.”
“Biden and FEMA said that they would not be sending federal aid to East Palestine. You know, that’s a great place. It’s in Ohio. They don’t respect it and they don’t respect the people, but I do. They’re incredible patriots,” Trump began.
“As soon as I announced that I was going, he announced a team would go. And now FEMA is going and everybody is going to do everything they can to solve that mess that happened so unnecessarily,” Trump added.
“They tried to blame me for it and then even the Washington Post did a story that I had nothing to do with it whatsoever. They’re all about disinformation. That’s all they’re good at. Cheating in elections and disinformation,” Trump continued.
“But hopefully Biden will go there also. This is good news because we had them move and move fast. Maybe like they haven’t moved in a long time. They heard I was going and said, ‘We better get there. It’s going to look bad,’” Trump said.
“It’s all about look, unfortunately. It should be about much more than that. The people of East Palestine need help and they need it right now. We got people to do the right thing. Nobody can fail in this country,” Trump added.
“We must get people to do the right thing and we must get our political leaders to do the right thing. Those incredible patriots from East Palestine deserve it, they should have it, and it should’ve, frankly, happened a long time ago,” Trump continued.
Trump ended the video, saying, “So let’s go, FEMA. You were great with me as your President. Go out and help them and do a fantastic job. Ohio is a great state, a wonderful state, with hardworking patriots. We’re going to take care of you, Ohio. Thank you very much.”
Despite promising the American people and the people of Ohio he would visit them, President Joe Biden still has no plans of visiting East Palestine, Ohio.
“With pressure mounting to visit the site of the toxic chemical spill in East Palestine, Ohio, President Joe Biden said last week that, yes, he does intend to go. But there is no trip in the works. Nothing on his schedule,” NBC News reported.
Over 178 million people reportedly watched Trump’s visit to East Palestine to help and meet with community members. A “Viewership Report” reveals that Trump’s trip was seen by a whopping 144,037,338 people on social media and 34,015,076 people through traditional coverage.
Trump won people’s hearts across the country after news broke of his donating thousands of gallons of cleaning supplies and thirteen pallets of water during his trip to the people of East Palestine.
Trump delivered a message of hope to the people of East Palestine, as well, telling them they “are not forgotten.”
When Trump visited and helped Ohio, Biden, and his entire administration had yet to visit Ohio to help even once.
Biden instead, of course, attacked Russian President Vladimir Putin from a speech in Poland to support Ukraine rather than supporting the American people.
Biden’s administration initially turned down a request for federal disaster assistance. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) told Ohio’s governor they’re not eligible for disaster assistance.
Once Trump announced his trip to Ohio last Friday, FEMA reversed its decision to reject a federal disaster request from Gov. Mike DeWine (R-OH).
The 50-car train derailment occurred on Feb. 3 on a Norfolk Southern Railroad carrying vinyl chloride.

Christians being loyal to their principles instead of loyal to Trump was the reason the Red wave failed, according to Trump.
I won’t be voting for him in the primary.
The only mature choice in the general is to vote R. I hope his followers do the same, regardless which R wins.
