The man was not bludgeoned to death, plain and simple.
If he stirs the pot the Officer doesn’t get the hero recognition (and any other perks that go along with it).
All the commies had to do from the beginning was say the truth, that he died of a heart attack, perhaps due to the stress of that day..which is absolutely plausible, if they had just said that that does not diminish the fact that he died, they did NOT have to embellish and say that he beaten to death with a fire extinguisher..which NEVER happened, you can clearly see him walking around the capitol he was fine

I do feel for their loss but this is more about money. He did not die in the line of duty and lying just to get a death benefit does great harm to innocent protesters unjustly imprisoned.

This family has zero right to keep the truth from the public. This is a national issue, now that the dems have lied openly about what happened to this officer. If the dems had not lied to politicize Sicknick’s death, they could have peacefully laid their loved one to rest.

It’s unfortunate that the man’s death was politicized and made into a spectacle by the media and Congress. But because they did, all scrutiny over the narrative is fair and warranted in a free society. I feel bad for the family to have to bear their grief drudged up again, but they didn’t stop it then they can’t stop it now. The government should have turned over all the evidence from the beginning.

Since no rioters were charged in regard to his death, it appears that law enforcement does NOT blame the riot.
So I’m reading the details and they say his death was investigated by homicide and by the FBI.
Was anyone charged with striking him and did anyone prove that the blow led to his death?
It’s very hard for me to believe that an officer was struck and died from it the next day and they have not done everything possible to charge the responsible parties with murder.
The coroner made a statement to the effect that the events on January 6 played a role in his death.
The family could have easily said he was struck on the head with a fire extinguisher and had a stroke the next day and they believe the blow to the head caused the stroke.
They don’t say that. They also make references to “Supreme Leader Trump.”

Craig Sicknick even issued a statement to the Judge last month in the sentencing hearing of a J6 defendant who was accused of using pepper spray on Brian.
