The truth is Kolomoisky put Zelensky in office, and Z had to be dragged by the Atlanticists in the West into ditching him. K is a thief and state was preparing the Ukraine for NATO, plus the IMF wanted 5.5 billion missing dollars back from K’s Privat Bank. (Did they get it?) Otherwise, Mr. K would still have his Ukrainian cake and be able to eat it, too, along with Zee puppet.

Belonging to the EU brings with it a considerable degree of oversight, that tends to bring an increase in civic virtue.
This is evident across Eastern Europe, and Southern Europe too. Spain supports the EU, for instance, as they don’t trust their own politicians, they appreciate that someone “above them” is around to keep them honest.
