yeah but through in fraud and failure to provide exculpatory evidence and it could change things

I posted that because someone wanted to know what effect a plea agreement would have on the ability to appeal. The proper way to get released based on the Govt’s knowing failure to provide exculpatory evidence for the Shaman is now through a Writ of Habeas Corpus, not an appeal.
