Taking 4 years from Chansley’s life is flat out obscene.
These people in D.C. act just like the Nazis did.
the Boys may have...they are freaking out as badly as ChuckU and Nanzi, Adam Schiff, Lizard and the rest of the Demoncrats are.
Of course if it turns out that the rioters were all plants then we'll really have something, but all it proves for now is that we walked into their trap.
That said, the more that comes out, the better. We need to see the whole story, not just the part the left wants us to see. Maybe I'll change my tune as more comes out, and gladly so.
Quite the legal paradox isn't it?
When only one person, Tucker Carlson, is allowed to look at the J6 videos, it is easy for the Uniparty Opposition to shut him down or to compromise him.
The J6 tapes need to be released to a public domain and within hours the good parts will be found and published.
And we give this guy the title “historian”?
More like grandchild of Goebbels.
Good idea!
You mean, what they FEEL. There is no thinking on The View, ever. It's a pack of cackling, moronic hens.
any lawyers on here?
if a defendant takes a plea does that nullify their right to appeal
unfortunately a lot of the defendants have taken pleas
Murdoch didn’t shut him down and that’s very suspicious to me.
I asked my niece, the defense attorney, and she answered (in usual lawyer-speak) that usually it does. In cases where additional evidence is entered that was unknown to the parties a case can be made to toss the plea and retry.
But, she said, it would have to be significant and even then probably wouldn’t work. At that point you could “apply” for expungement or a pardon.
Ask Mike Flynn about pleading to stuff you didn’t do.
“How do you know what will and what will not make a difference. The past may indicate trends but can not predict the future.”
Sure, sure, but here’s the thing. I used to be an optimist, and all that ever got me was constant and unrelenting disappointment.
Now I’m a pessimist, and I’m not disappointed anymore. And if something good once in a while does happen, I can be pleasantly surprised.
only possible with a compliant press
Surprise, SURPRISE!!
Well now, my new tagline was very well timed indeed, and I didn’t even know it before the fact.
The plea agreements normally contain a waiver of rights to appeal.
ken blutarsky burns: when the nazis bombed pearl harbor
thanks for the reply
i was afraid of that
hopefully the video can help those who have not had a trial yet
thank you
