Unless things change significantly the GOP establishment has a reckoning in the future. Either they fully support Trump or they pull another 2020 and in concert with the Democrats and deep state to steal another election.
If they do the later then the Party is over. The remnants of MAGA and a huge chunk of their conservative base will turn their backs on the GOP for yet another betrayal and the Republican party will be doomed as a viable political party at the national level.
