Sadly, no way, Jose. I’m reasonably sure that he WENT TO UKRAINE AS A “FIXER”. Ukraine is the ONLY country that could LEGALLY COMMIT THE ACT OF WAR that the Nord Stream blasts were. So they want Ukraine to be the responsible party… even though they are not!
But why can’t Ukraine be the responsible party?
You can even posit that Ukraine received various forms of surreptitious assistance from the US, or Poland, or Norway, but even so it would have been a Ukrainian job.
