Agree, actually, since most of the people around Putin sound as though they would have LEVELED Ukraine, and then discussed dismembering what was left of it. Putin was a wimp for taking so long and going in so weak, at least based on what others there imply.

When grasping at straws to rationalize a untenable position, people can be selectively myopic. Nuland in the "[bleep] the EU" phone call was talking about stabilizing Ukraine, not overthrowing it.

The Nuland-CIA-conspiracy fails to explain how Poroshenko looted Ukraine and fled to Russia was part of this conspiracy, or how his corruption was a reason for deposing him.

So called conspiracy theorists ignore it when reality gets in the way of their fantasies.
