DeSantis went out of his way to travel to Colorado to campaign for that vile Anti-Trumper Republican candidate Joe O’Dea. After that display of disloyalty, Trump issued his first response, correctly labeling him “ungrateful”.

And a lot of those donors you're worried about possibly supporting DeSantis in the future, used to support Trump, and Paul Ryan back then, too. Did you know that one of Trump's biggest donors is now one of Joe Biden's biggest donors?

Trump advertising the Vaccines one of the greatest achievements of mankind, while twisting DeSantis arm to lockdown Florida. Trump's LGBTQ parties at Mar-a-Lago celebrating the gay marriage law, after previously saying he was opposed to it. Disney being one of Trump's top 5 overall donors in both 2016 and 2020. Trump never admitting some of the J6 prisoners deserve to be there. Trump being a spendaholic and singing all those Omnibus bills, which was a big deal for DeSantis while in Congress, then Trump signing all those outrageous covid spending deals after DeSantis was governor.
They seem to have some serious disagreements over those issues, several of which for me are at the top of my list. DeSantis is clearly to the right of Trump on all of them.
