I would suggest the PV HR department already has a list of 10-percent of the employees to immediately release...to make the payroll work until mid-summer. Rest of the organization, I would predict...leave by end of 2023.

Revise that to 6 months so by Labor Day.
Control freak pencil pushers can’t exist if there’s no one producing something ‘real’. My guess is they’ll work to compromise with James. He’s needs time to do the work (and thought they would reduce his headaches - not make more of them) - and they need someone to make their paychecks possible. Didn’t Steve Jobs have a similar situation? And thousands of others?
