That’s not how it works. The recording law is based on where the recording happens. So, it it was in a one-party state…the FL rules wouldn’t apply.

If you read the article, it states the one party to the call that recorded it was in Florida when they recorded it. There were a bunch of people on the call and if the person doing the recording was in Florida wouldn’t that be a violation of Florida law?
