“I have a Masters degree! We all have advanced degrees! What have parents got? Are we vetting the background of parents?” 🤡

GTH, predator
She has a master’s degree in stupidity.
Your degree is in HOW to teach. Parents and the community at large determine WHAT.
Dearie, I majored in English, with a dual minor in Edication and Political Science at a prestigious private university on academic scholarships.
I have a slew of professional credentials after my last name. I have won 14 national awards for excellence in leadership, development, and more.
My IQ is approximately 140.
I have taught children in public school, homeschooled my own children, and now teach adults.
Pick a subject, any subject, and I will out-score you on the standardized tests, create better lesson plans and quizzes, and my students would do better than yours on your best day.
I don’t know who you think you are, but I am their parent. God gave my children to me to raise, not you. God gave them to me to train up, not you. God gave them to me for a lifetime, not you.
You are a temporary, contract employee. Stay in your lane, you pompous twit.
“What have parents got?”
Common sense. Love for their children. They don’t want their kids to be lab rats for your social experiments.
A familial bond, common sense and love. None of which apply to obtaining a masters degree.
Beat me by 35 seconds. :)
She has a piece of paper. Parents have the scars of endless love and devotion.

Parent’s have a PHD in COMMON SENSE.
Authority over their children, granted by God.
A masters in education. Big whoopty-do. The college of education is the school you choose when you flunk out of that psychology degree.
If having an "advanced degree" automatically confers the right/power to decide over someone else lacking such a degree, then I (with a PhD in Economics) should be given control over all your bank accounts.
Don't worry: I'll dole out just barely enough to you to survive!
Oh, and: My brother the brain surgeon says you need a lobotomy!
Regards,
Thermometers have degrees. You know where they put those?
Reminds me of when Alger Hiss said to Richard Nixon, then a congressman, “I went to Harvard. I heard you went to Whittier.” Smarty boy from Harvard soon checked in to the crow bar motel to do time for perjury about his spying for the Russians.
“you sir are educated beyond your intelligence.”
In rural Texas they would say: “That boy stayed in college one year too long.”
Ha!
Masters Degree just means she’s been indoctrinated in leftist ideals and won’t think outside of that.
I have a high school diploma, but saw how ridiculous and damaging their so-called teaching methods were when my first child went into Kindergarten. I pulled her out and started home-schooling 31 years ago. Their leftist child-centered learning and disastrous whole language method of churning out unruly illiterates was obvious.
I quickly developed my own reading/spelling/writing program (phonetically based), got some attention from the media, did some radio shows promoting the teaching of phonics, and in the end wound up starting a tutoring business. This paid for my children to go into the private Christian school after they got into the higher grades.
Every child I tutored was illiterate, but once properly taught, they learned very quickly how to read and spell. It was so much fun to watch them change, realizing that they weren’t “stupid” after all, but had been improperly taught.
So, her “masters” means absolutely nothing to me. Most of the teachers I have met think they’re the smartest people on earth, they look down their noses at the rest of us, and they really do think they should be able to do whatever they choose with our children.
Parents have their children, they and they alone are responsible for them. They are not society’s children, or the nation’s children, or the school’s children, they belong to their parents. This twit only gets to teach them if the parents agree to it, and it sounds like they don’t. Her master’s degree means absolutely nothing when it comes to any say in the way these children are raised.
