I have found that many FReepers do not understand the laws around ballot harvesting. In many states, it is legal to bring a ballot to a person, have them fill it out, sign a document giving you power to deposit the ballot on your behalf and all of that is 100% legal.
Yes, it is a perversion of our election system....but these are laws that were passed and upheld by state courts.
Why do you think DeSantis did so well in Florida? They reformed these laws before the 2022 election. Arizona did not. Two different results. Arizona will not change its election laws and Florida will make them even stronger.
The problem is ballots made up from whole cloth. Not the process you describe, which is bad enough.
