😃🤣😂😊
Definitely not bigfoot and you are prolly right, but might also be a moose, although moose prefer to stay in the trees.
I live in the Wasatch and elk, along with deer and moose are abundant. That is how they traverse deep snow and you can see the movement of it’s neck as it jumps forward.
On our drive to work there is a herd of elk that has been wandering out from the trees on the river to hang with some horses in their pasture and eat their hay - LOL!
Bear don’t walk biped for more than 20’ or so, they are too top heavy.
It’s a prank.
And probably the same a**hole who started the gig a couple of months ago in a town notable for BS.

It’s not even a bad prank, it’s comically stupid. Some drunk bozo out trying to cause trouble.
😮
I'm not so sure. The "body" of the elk looks more like the shadow of a vertical object. The shadow cast seems to be at exactly the same angle as the shadows of all the trees and that it doesn't seem to vary as it would if it were the back of a four-footed animal. I'm not saying its a Sasquatch, I just saying that I don't know what it is but I'm not convinced it is an elk.
Well, you got the part about the town right.
What makes me think that it was fake is the fact the helicopter pilot was there so soon hovering over the fresh tracks and that he had no curiosity whatsoever to follow them.
Had that been me, that would have been the first thing on my mind.
Coast to Coast. LOL
That shadow is the bull elk’s rack, and it’s prolly 10’ high from the hoof.
“Man nor beast could go that fast in deep snow.”
A moose can.

I heard there was a tamale buffet somewhere around there.
“Don’t get between Moochelle and a tamale.” - Barry Soetero
That was me, OK, out for a hike and got a case of the runs. Trying to get to that big pine tree to get some privacy, but some jag-offs in a helicopter kept buzzing me. Ended up shi##ing myself.
The Patterson film? Ha ha haha. I can’t stop laffing. That was debunked long ago.
The footprints start as though the hoaxer was lowered from a helicopter.
(And could have been videod some other day).

Actually never has been and I’m not a believer. Bill Munns was a costume creator during that time frame and says that there is no way it was a costume. Basically the materials that would’ve been used were not available then. Also arm lengths in leg lengths proportional to human… Anyway for what it’s worth…
I’m sticking with the UFO story. Can only handle one at a time.
"Planet of the Apes" won an Oscar for best costume one year after the Patterson film was shot. No way two jugheads sewed up something that looked better than an Oscar-winning costume out of Hollywood and moved like that.
