Quarantines come from the ancient practice of requiring arriving ships from problem areas to drop anchor at the port of entry for 40 days to ensure the crew are disease-free. “Lockdowns” of entire swaths of citizenry regardless of their medical status are an idea hatched in the diseased minds of liberals, have nothing to do with traditional quarantines of the sick, and were completely illegal and unconstitutional, whereby millions were deprived the freedom to travel unencumbered, to earn a living, were forced to submit to dubious antigens (an invasive medical procedure) or suffer social consequences, or speak openly and freely about it, all without due process.
