What does that say about Oz?

Actually the fact is, most people vote for the letter, and not the candidate.

This is the democrat model:
Pick a candidate that is an empty shell that will say and do what ever he is told. reward his handlers (wife or others) handsomely. Call it the Biden model.

Actually, nothing. He was a quality candiate, a very successful business man a doctor, a TV presenter. It was early voting and fraud. You can’t win when you have a candidate who everyone is hiding and a corrupt media is covering for and there is only one debate and it’s a week before the election and 100s of thousands have already voted early. Then there was Mastriano who did significant damage to Oz and the down ballot races.

Why not? With very few exceptions, Senators do what their party tells them to, and their staff handle all the mickeymouse stuff for individual constituents, so any warm body will do.

The Lord Himself could have run in Oz's place and Fetterman would still have won; all those living off the government would vote for the Fet, and the elections agencies in Philly and Pittsburgh would ensure enough votes in case there weren't enough of the former.

Voters who want the Dems to take care of them are not bothered by who is in the seat. If Fetterman were to reap his eternal reward tomorrow, someone else who will vote the way Chuck Schumer says will be appointed to the seat, and then in 2024 will win (cf. previous paragraph). The issue is always the revolution.

The people voted for Fetterman and a player to be named later, instead of Oz. They wanted their governor to pick Fetterman’s successor.
