I’m researching what the chances of getting shingles but I can not locate those figures. I would bet that the chances of NOT getting shingles without the vaccine is about the same or lower as being vaccinated.
My pharmacy provided me with that information.

The virus is just dormant in your body.
I believe in my case it was brought on by stress.....which is one of many reasons it can be triggered.
Like a bad sunburn, the flu and a massive rash all at once, it attacks a particular group of nerves. In my case it went from the middle of my chest,under my left arm and stopped at my backbone. I still have some permanent numbness in the left chest area courtesy of shingles that I suspect I’ll always have.
Starting just before Thanksgiving and I didn’t completely shake it until the next February.
But considering what we know about the cdc and big pharma now I don’t know of I’ll get the shingles vax agor not.
