I am a broken-glass Trump supporter.

The truth of the matter is that President Trump made both bad choices and wise choices.

So did Washington. And Lincoln. And Roosevelt. And Churchill. And Kennedy. And Nixon. And Reagan. And Bush.

And Trump.

It is a fact that Trump accomplished great things and made decisions that flew in the face of the "conventional wisdom".

And he accomplished those things against the collective handicap and crushing weight of a hostile Republican Party, a a malignant Democrat Party, a corrupt DOJ, a weaponized and immoral FBI, and a Media that would have made Soviet Pravda proud.

Yet in spite of all this, he managed to do great things.

All of us have faults. Trump has his as well. As do I.

And one of the faults I harbor is loyalty to those who deserve it, loyalty against all advice, loyalty against all odds.

But if there is one man who deserves loyalty in spite of his faults, that is Donald J. Trump. President Trump had that election outright stolen from him. It is a shame, and a black mark on our country that this occurred, but it did.

Many of us may have thought that a Presidential theft was implausible and impossible, perhaps the same many of us who thought his Conservatism both implausible and impossible, and those same of us who thought his candidacy implausible and impossible as well.

But he showed me I was wrong. He was not my first choice. But I never, ever, not once regretted my vote for him.

Never.

And I can say that in spite of the Hobbesian electoral choices presented between the likes of Dukakis/Bush and Gore/Bush, I cannot say the same of my vote for George H. W. Bush, and George W. Bush. I am repelled by my being forced to vote for them.

During his Presidency, President Trump received very little help from Republicans and fought a four year long coup, impeachment being shouted from the Dems and Media hundreds of times a day, and people in the government trying to subvert him at every step.

Yet in spite of these handicaps which had the effect on his effectiveness that a barnacle-encrusted hull has on the speed and efficiency of a high speed warship, he managed to accomplish the following:

My biggest disappointment and sadness over the last seven years was the observation that those from his own party who should have been helping Trump not only did not help him, but in many cases actively worked against him and often openly and unashamedly sabotaged him.

Any honest and sentient Conservative cannot help but consider how much better off this country would have been had "conservatives" actually helped and assisted the agenda of President Trump rather than at best essentially voting "Present" due to rank cowardice or craven corruption, and at worst, openly siding with the enemy.

And make no mistake: those that attempted to actively impede Trump were and are open enemies of this Republic.

And we should keep in mind and ponder the motives of those that openly and fiercely despise him, and consider why those same people who hate and fear him have left no stone unturned through open slander, illegal weaponization of the government from top to bottom, and law fare to persecute not just him but anyone who supported him.

It should be the first thought in our minds when we consider if Trump is to be given a second chance at regaining the office he had illegally stolen from him:

WHY DO THESE PEOPLE I REGARD AS DANGEROUS ENEMIES HATE AND FEAR A PRESIDENT TRUMP?

To me, the answer is clear: He is not "one of them". And his presence threatens them and their corrupt gravy train.

And that reason alone is reason enough for me to re-elect this man. If there were ever a person to whom I owed "allegiance" to and would support a "Second Chance", that man would be a Donald J. Trump with a vengeful bone in his teeth helming the ship of state, to face directly and defiantly those who wish this country ill, both Foreign and Domestic.

Plenty of people disagree with me. I can accept the disagreement and even respect it from fellow conservatives, even some I greatly respect, but I will not change my mind on this unless forced to do so by future actions of Donald J. Trump that will force me to reconsider.

And I have seen nothing to this date that will force me to reconsider.

Especially Churchill....Gallipoli, anyone? Italy, anyone, during WWII? Those were Churchill's babies.

Bravo, Bravo, so well said and so true what you say. I love Trump, I am exceedingly loyal to him, and nothing, and I mean nothing, will make me think otherwise. One of the best Presidents this Country has ever had. We were so lucky to have him in office, and I want him back in the WH yesterday if that were possible.

I have fought with many here on FR in defense of Trump, and will continue to do so. It’s nice to have allies, and it was inspiring to read what you have said here. Would that more on FR would openly defend Donald J. Trump’s estate. May he win the next election in 2024 by a landslide.
