It should have been taken down over the Aleutian Islands or Alaska Mainland. That area is virtually uninhabited and the payload would represent no danger to people on the ground. The same can be said for Canada and Montana and the plains of the USA. We would have then recovered the spy package for analysis.
Why did Joe not order this? My belief is the Chinese own Joe and told him not to do this. He had it shot down over the Atlantic due to political pressure here. He did not want to shoot it down. So he had it done over the Atlantic in relatively shallow water. We will recover it. How much information will be lost due to salt water we do not know. I would suspect the Chinese had it rigged to self destruct and purge itself of valuable information.
Joe said he was advised not to shoot it down over land due to the danger of debris. I do not believe this. Any general that told Joe not to shoot it down over Montana or North Dakota should be fired. Montana and North Dakota are damn near empty. It is miles and miles of grain fields or nothing with a few widely separated towns.
In my humble opinion Joe Biden is a traitor and in the pay of the Chinese. They own Joe Biden!
