Try Pure Talk. If you are a member of AMAC, a retired person’s organization, similar to AARP, you can get a monthly rate of $ 10.00 per line. Anyway, check out their website, we’ve had this phone service for 5 years now and love it. (Sorry to sound like their commercial. LOL)
I switched to Pure Talk and my “plan” offered a hotspot at the $30 rate. All of a sudden it was cut off and I now have to pay $55 to get the hotspot.
Not sure about Pure Talk based on my experience.
