“This report suggests that the likely Wagner-operated Ilyushin Il-18 TL-KBR burned to ground at Al-Khadim Air Base in Libya on the night of 27 Jan 2023 - big if true. It is one of the two CAR-registered aircraft that I suspect might carry Russian mercenaries within Africa.”
