Steve Bannon already explained this before Carlson brought it up. Yes, the CIA have re moved three presidents, Kennedy, Nixon, and Trump.
Does anyone still believe that merely "at times" it is a policy-making arm of the Government?

Absolutely nothing would surprise me about the government at this point unless I learned it was honest.
The CIA’s main business is toppling and subverting foreign governments and they have brought their expertise home to subvert their masters - the American people. The CIA and the FBI need to be disbanded and their employees blacklisted from other government jobs.
To put it more plainly...
the CIA IS the Deep State.
It really makes the whole “uniparty” thing make sense if you consider that it is the CIA that is running the people on both sides.
