It cracks me up that this thread is full of comments about women.
Men must turn their hearts towards toward their children. When men want to be fathers and hold that standard up to other men and boys as the epitome of true manhood, then families will be formed.
Where men actually lead, women follow. This mess we are in now is where men led. Feminism was rooted in the soil of the Playboy and GQ philosophy of carnality and materialism.
You cannot fullfill the desires of the flesh and the spirit at the same time. Marriage and family is fundamentally a spiritual undertaking. It’s gonna take another Great Awakening to reverse the current trend.
Why must men turn their hearts toward their children? Have men turned their hearts toward their children for thousands of years? No. Men can can focus on responsibility and duty and sacrifice…but men needing to turn their heart toward their children sounds like a pile of nonsense that it is completely unrelated to the problem. In fact, many men claim to have turned their heart toward their children as they facilitate gender reassignment for their kids.
But you are 100% correct that men need to lead women as we have abdicated from that role about 50 years ago.
